Take a peek over my shoulder. Shaping the clay on the potter's

wheel is just the first of many steps in the creation process.

As far as my technique is concerned, most of my work is wheel thrown.

I like to be in control of all aspects of the creation process, which is why I mix my own glazes.

My pottery is fired in an electrical kiln at cone 5/6. My favorite moment is the opening of the kiln after the second firing.
